Cause marketing turns problems into opportunity
Blog, NewsAdbongo continues to trumpet the cause-washing warning. We ask for accountability and authenticity in cause marketing. While some companies are truly doing good things for people and the planet (read: ADBONGO), others contribute .0000008 percent of profit to a selected cause and reap the publicity rewards for doing so. Painting halos to cover the devil horns of corporate greed allows old paradigm companies to masquerade as socially and environmentally progressive. Adbongo is one marketing company that does not approve of such a deceptive tactic. We only seek to represent those companies that want more than good publicity for themselves; we promote companies that are committed to supporting real change on behalf of the planet and its people.
