Mr. Mirabal is a strategic planning consultant & trainer with more than twenty-five years experience in sustainable development strategic planning for urban, transportation, and tourist destinations; change management; organizational development; project formulation and evaluation; corporate planning; and marketing.

He is experienced in working in public and private firms as general manager, leader, coach, and supervisor of multidisciplinary teams in charge of resolving complex problems. In addition, he has managed and advised e-business companies, developing customer relationship management strategies for these businesses. Mr.  Mirabal was also in charge of the “start up” of the U.S. branch of  Arete Consulting Group company, leading all sustainable development and permaculture projects.
