Process
DREAM.
You have one. Chances are, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, you’re passionate about that dream.
We make dreams a reality by utilizing our process we call: Organic Business Development. We use a permaculture approach to protecting our client’s triple P bottom line…profit, planet and people. By “organic”, we mean that we grow things naturally. Because we respect the uniqueness of each one of our clients, our organic business development process requires us to flex and bend with particular needs as they arise. It’s as if we are gardeners who examine the composition of the soil, the local insects, the water source and the season of a particular client’s business as we nurture its health. Since different factors come in to play with each business garden, we put together a unique team of our consultants, and we individualize budgets and strategies for each client. For example, if a recycling business hires us, we would probably assign our environmental consultant with the most recycling experience, Lance Abney to the project along with the designers and marketing experts who best fit the project, whereas if we’re hired by a clothing boutique that’s interested in greening their business as part of a PR campaign, we would assign our environmental expert with the most experience in green conversions, Sharon Goddard plus other team members, as appropriate. The point I’m making is we don’t have the inflexible structure inherent in big, traditional firms which have set-in-stone, salaried team members that work on every project, using the same formula for each client. We are flexible, organic, which allows us to save clients money as we plug in only the elements that make sense in each situation.
The goal of our process- which we call “Organic Business Consulting”- is to bridge the gap between your dream and reality.
What do you need to know in order to manifest your business goals? Whether you’re just starting to mold the initial idea or your established business is in need of a re-sculpt, Adbongo can help. We devise and implement the kind of high-tier initiatives typically only accessible to large companies with big budgets.
REALITY.
How do we help you realize your business dreams?
Adbongo, Inc. has developed a process we call ORGANIC BUSINESS CONSULTING. It’s a simple name for a simple process.
How it works: Our process cultivates idea orchards.
1. We plant seeds through education.
We teach entrepreneurs the universal process used by the big agencies. Most of these big agencies have created fancy copyrighted names for their processes, but, in reality, they all boil down to the same basic ingredients:
-
Research
-
Strategy
-
Execution
By understanding this process, clients are empowered to make wiser purchase decisions.
Our Process organically provides the following:
- Research phase: First, we conduct market research, which may include focus groups, mystery shoppers, or other applicable methods, and we evaluate the competition for your idea.
- Strategy phase: Then, we come up with detailed blueprints based on our research findings. We consult with you regarding your business plan, we write or revise your marketing plan, and we develop creative materials to promote your message.
- Execution phase: Finally, we execute the creative aspects of your campaign based on the blueprints developed in the strategy phase. We produce your website, video blog, TV commercials, social media accounts, or other modalities as applicable to your particular plan.
We fertilize innovation by:
- Keeping overhead low. We give brilliant minds with not-so-deep pockets access to high tier initiatives by tailoring teams for your particular project.
- Staying limber. Our business model is designed to stretch and flex with your particular needs in order to catalyze a high ROI (return on investment).
Adbongo’s holistic process provides entrepreneurs with a team of multi-faceted specialists with a track record of helping clients succeed. Our specialists organically implement the same high tier strategies that big firms use, only they cost millions more. Why do they cost so much more? They have high overhead, and they fail to customize services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Cost Value Rationale:
The cost of one marketing professionals salary is this economy is increasing everyday (we have a few). For the price of one salaried employee you can have a whole team of ninjas with skills ranging from web development, to complex project management.
Adbongo empowers entrepreneurs to succeed at bootstrapping. Because we provide a whole spectrum of services for the same cost as one salaried employee, our clients may find it entirely unnecessary to seek the help of banks or angel investors. When clients manage to avoid debt while also maintaining freedom to control their own enterprises, the rewards are so much sweeter. Let freedom ring. It’s all about freedom, love and a full piggy bank. Cost value what was it we were talking about again?
Contractors:
At Adbongo, we optimize efficiency by using a strategic mix of full-time and freelance staff, supplementing core teams only when the business need arises. Our use of creative staffing benefits our clients because:
- Lower overhead means we stretch your dollars.
- Outside professionals are brought on board only when necessary, which turns fixed labor costs into variable expenses tied to workload fluctuations.
- Marketing plans are readily adaptable to market changes.
- Brand strategists and high-end concept professionals who can revamp marketing materials and launch new initiatives are in high demand as companies strive to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
- Get professional help without paying their salaries.
During the recession, corporate creative departments discovered value in hiring professionals skilled in multiple aspects of the creative process. Demand remains high for individuals who can manage design as well as production. Talented multit-taskers streamline the marketing budget.
