Art Garcia is a co-founder of Adbongo, creative director, and artist with 25 years of design and art experience. His success is the result of an approach that places equal emphasis on strategy and creativity, developing marketing communication that is both memorable and on-target. Since 1990 Garcia’s works of art have been featured in national and international publications and have been honored with numerous awards. He has produced work for Atmos, The City of Dallas, MADD, The Rouse Group, The Meadows School of Art at SMU, Siemens and Zales Corporation.
Art’s work spans from print to digital media, advertising to 3-dimensional art. Recently Art completed a sculptural seating element entitled “Peaches” for The Dallas Farmers Market. In addition, he designed communication materials and identity for the Texas Tress Foundation. Past projects he has created and managed include annual reports for Atmos and creative packaging such as a decanter and label design for Sello Imports.
Art Garcia is a 1986 graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas with an Associates Degree in Visual Arts. In 1998 he founded Graphic Content with the goals of combining effective visual communication with extraordinary customer service. Garcia is a member of AIGA, America for the Arts and the Better Business Bureau, and he has served on the board of the Dallas Advertising League. Garcia has guest lectured at the Art Institute of Dallas, the University of North Texas and South Arkansas State University and is on Fort Worth’s Public Artist list of emerging Artists.
